As HR Manager, she is responsible for employee support and development as well as HB applicant management, including employer branding, and supports the management levels of all business units at HB in all personnel-related and labour law issues.

50 Years Employee Jubilee at HB

A proud 50 years at HB Protective Wear Rita Noll has been working in Thalhausen with great vigour and enthusiasm since 1974 HB Protective Wear is celebrating a very special anniversary these days: Rita Noll has been working at HB for no less than 50 years. She began her career on 1 August 1974 with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and is now an assistant to the management. It is the first employee anniversary in the company's history at this level, and both the company and the jubilarian look back on this half century with pride.

HB Protective Wear honoured with Ecovadis Bronze Medal HB Protective Wear has undergone an extensive review and assessment of its sustainability performance by the CSR rating company Ecovadis and has been awarded the bronze medal in its global sustainability ranking at the first attempt. For HB's customers and business partners, this award means that they are working with a company that ranks among the top 35% of all companies assessed by Ecovadis in the last 12 months. Within the manufacturing sector, HB Protective Wear even achieved a place in the top 10%.
