A proud 50 years at HB Protective Wear
Rita Noll has been working in Thalhausen with great vigour and enthusiasm since 1974
HB Protective Wear is celebrating a very special anniversary these days: Rita Noll has been working at HB for no less than 50 years. She began her career on 1 August 1974 with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and is now an assistant to the management. It is the first employee anniversary in the company's history at this level, and both the company and the jubilarian look back on this half century with pride.
‘For me, the years have practically flown by. When you consider how many different areas of work I've got to know and where I've worked and what I still do at HB today, it's no wonder,’ says Rita Noll, looking back with satisfaction on her outstanding anniversary.
In addition to her responsible role as management assistant, Rita Noll is also the company's data protection officer and is heavily involved in the organisation of internal company events. She is also in charge of the hotel-restaurant ‘Thalhauser Mühle’, which belongs to the company group..
‘Rita was and is truly a gift for us. Her high level of commitment, her dedication to the big things as well as the little things, coupled with her refreshing and assertive manner, her drive and down-to-earth attitude were and are of enormous importance to HB Protective Wear and Thalhauser Mühle.
